摘　　要：立足开滦集团选煤实际,从组织、管理、技术和经济等角度,阐述了开滦集团的"大精煤"战略,介绍了开滦集团优化商品煤产品结构的具体做法,总结了开滦集团推进煤炭供给侧结构性改革的经验。Based on the reality of coal processing in Kailuan Group, from the aspects of administration, management, technology and economics, the ＂Grand Clean Coal＂ strategy was elaborated, the detailed acts of optimizing commodity coal product structure of Kailuan Group was introduced, and the experience of Kailuan Group promoting coal supply side structural reform was concluded.
