硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉用于直肠癌根治手术麻醉效果观察分析

摘　　要：目的观察和分析硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉用于直肠癌根治手术麻醉效果。方法以20%比例选取2013年1月~2015年1月于本院就诊的54例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及试验组各27例。直肠癌根治手术过程中,对照组给予单纯全身麻醉,试验组给予硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉,对两组患者不同时间心率、血压和不良反应情况进行对比。结果临床麻醉中,术前10min及拔管后,两组心率无统计学意义(P>0.05);插管时、切除后及拔管时,两组心率具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前10min及拔管后,两组血压无统计学意义(P>0.05);插管时、切除后及拔管时,两组血压具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组和对照组均发生不良反应,前者发生率低于后者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论较单纯全身麻醉,硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉可提升麻醉质量、降低不良反应发生率等,建议在直肠癌根治手术中大力推广及应用该种麻醉方式。Objective To observe and analyze general anesthesia compound epidural anesthesia for colorectal cancer radical surgery anesthesia effect.Methods 20% in January 2013-January 2015 in our hospital clinic of 54 force as the research object, the patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into control group（27 cases） and the experimental group（27 cases）. Colorectal cancer radical surgery in the process,giving the control group pure general anesthesia, give the experimental group in line with the general anesthesia,epidural anesthesia time of two groups of patients with different heart rate, blood pressure and adverse reaction were compared.Results The clinical anesthesia, the preoperative 10 min and after extubation, two groups of heart rate had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）;During intubation and extubation after resection, two groups of heart rate statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Preoperative after 10 min and extubation, two groups of blood pressure has no statistical significance（P〉0.05）; During intubation and extubation after resection, the blood pressure in the two groups statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The experimental group and control group were adverse reactions, the former was lower than the latter, statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with pure general anesthesia, epidural anesthesia compound anesthesia general anesthesia can improve quality, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, such as recommend heavily promoted in colorectal cancer radical surgery and application of the anesthesia.
