摘 要:目的:探讨MMP-9基因多态性与内蒙古地区COPD人群的易感性。方法:采用病例对照研究,应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性的方法,对蒙古族186例COPD病人和219例健康对照组的MMP-9基因1562(C/T)位点的多态性进行检测,计算两组基因型频率及等位基因分布等。结果:MMP-91562(C/T)的基因型CC、TT、CT的频率在186例COPD病例组中分别是50.00%、42.47%、7.53%;在219例健康对照组中的频率分别是30.59%、34.70%、34.70%,C等位基因频率在COPD病例组与健康对照组分别是53.76%和47.95%;T等位基因的频率在两组中分别是46.24%和52.05%。结论:MMP-9基因多态性与内蒙古地区蒙古族COPD具有易感性,1562(C/T)基因型与蒙古族COPD发病密切相关。Objective:To explore whether the matrix metalloproteinases-9 ( MMP-9 ) polymorphism was associated with COPD in population of Inner Mongolia. Methods:Case-Control study was employed and 186 COPD and 219 control subjects were selected. Genotyping was determined by using PCR-RFLP both in case and controls Subjects. Results:The frequencies of genotype CC,TT and CT in COPD were 50. 00%,42. 47%and 7. 53%respectively. In control group were 30. 59%,34. 70%and 34. 70%respectively. The frequencies of C allele in COPD and control group were 53. 76% and 47. 95%respectively. The frequencies of T allele in two groups above were 46. 24% and 52. 05%respectively. Conclusion:The genetic polymorphism of MMP-9(1562C/T)was associated with the sus-ceptibility to COPD in population of Inner Mongolia.
