摘　　要：目的:考察蒙药耧斗菜的化学成分。方法:采用化学反应鉴别方法分对蒙药耧斗菜的水提液、乙醇提取液、石油醚提取液进行鉴别。结果:经过化学预试验,初步判定耧斗菜全草中可能含有糖类、酚类、黄酮类、甾类、三萜类、氨基酸等成分。结论:该法操作简便,快速,并为蒙药和天然产物中多种活性成分测定提供参考。Objective：To identify the chemical components of Aquilegia viridiflora Pall. Methods：The mixtures were extracted from Aquilegia with purified water, 95% ethanol and petrol ether by chemical reaction identification method. Results：The pre-test indicate that Aquilegia whole plant may contain saccharides,phenols,flavonoids,steroids,triterpenoids,amino acids and other ingredients. Con-clusion：This method is simple, accurate and it can be looked as a reference method for the determination of many active components in Mongolian materials or natural products.
