摘 要:目的观察腰背肌锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症患者多裂肌形态及临床疗效的影响。方法 40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组除给予常规治疗外,进行为期3个月的燕飞式腰背肌锻炼。数据行统计分析。结果与治疗前相比,治疗组治疗前VAS评分(4.17±0.79)分,ODI评分(0.51±0.11)分;治疗后VAS评分(0.78±0.65)分,ODI评分(0.11±0.04)。治疗组和对照组VAS评分,ODI指数有不同程度的降低(P<0.05),双侧多裂肌A-P、CSA有不同程度的增大(P<0.05),但双侧多裂肌Lat无明显变化。结论腰背伸锻炼能有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛和功能活动障碍,改善腰段多裂肌萎缩情况。Objective To observe the effect of lumbodorsal muscles exercises on the clinical curative of muhifidus muscle shape of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 40 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group adopted the routine treatment for 3-month swallow type low back muscle exercise, and the data were counted and analyzed. Results The VAS score and ODI score in the treatment group before treatment were respectively (4.17±0.79)points and (0.51 ±0.11)points, and were respectively (0.78 ±0.65)points and (0.11 ±0.04) points after treatment, and the VAS score and ODI index of the two groups decreased to a different degrees (P〈0.05), and the A-P and CSA had different degrees of increase(P〈0.05), but there was no obvious change in the bilateral musculus multifidus. Conclusion Lumbodorsal muscles exercises cab effectivey relive the pains and functional disturbance of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc and improve the waist segment muscle atrophy.
