摘　　要：目的探讨清创冲洗配合中药辨证治疗膝关节感染患者的临床效果。方法 2011年12月—2015年12月期间随机选择该院收治的40例膝关节感染患者作为研究对象,给予所有患者充分清创冲洗、抗生素及中药辩证治疗等,评估治疗效果。结果所有患者平均引流时间为(7.13±3.14)d,治愈率100%。患者关节活动恢复正常。结论对膝关节感染患者采用清创冲洗配合中药辨证治疗,可以有效降低患者痛苦,缓解临床针状,促进膝关节功能早日恢复,值得临床应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of debridement washing and Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment for knee joint infection. Methods 40 cases of patients with knee joint infectors in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects and were given the full debridement and washing, antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment, and the treatment effect was evaluated. Results The average drainage time of all patients was（7.13±3.14）d and the cure rate was 100%, and the joint activity of patients recovered to normal. Conclusion The debridement washing and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment for knee joint infection can effectively reduce the pains of patients, relieve the clinical symptoms and promote the early recovery of joint knee function, which is worth clinical application.
