笑气吸入镇痛联合米索前列醇口服在人工流产术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察笑气吸入镇痛联合米索前列醇口服在人工流产术中的应用效果。方法2016年1月至11月孕42-60d，愿意接受镇痛人工流产的妇女125例，随机分为2组，A组63例采用笑气吸入镇痛联合米索前列醇口服，B组62例采用单纯笑气吸入镇痛．结果A组镇痛有效率100％，B组镇痛有效率81％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A组宫颈松弛度优于B组（P〈0．01），A组手术时间与B组比较，差异有统计学意义（P=0．045）；两组术中出血量、不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论笑气吸入镇痛联合米索前列醇口服给药在人工流产术中镇痛效果好，不良反应少，值得在基层医院推广。Objective To investigate the effect of nitrous oxide inhalation combined with misoprostol in abortion. Methods 125 cases pregnancy 42-60d women underwent analgesia from January to November in 2016 were selected in the study. The patients were randomly divided two groups, group A was 63 patients with nitrous oxide inhalation analgesia combined with misoprostol, while group B of 62 patients with nitrous oxide inhalation analgesia simply. Results The effect of analgesic was 100% in group A, while 81% in group B, which was significantly difference between two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . The degree of cervical relaxation in group A was better than that in group B （ P〈0.01 ） . There was significantly difference between group A and group B for the operation time （ P=0.045 ） . There was no significantly difference in blood loss and adverse reaction rate between the two groups （P〉0.05） . Conelusion Inhalation analgesia combined with misoprostol in the abortion analgesic effect is satisfactory, and less adverse reactions, it is worthy of promotion.
