摘 要:提出跨区互联电网中受端区域电网应满足发电成本最小和污染气体排放最小以求实现环境经济调度目标,还须兼顾区域内各省(市)的基本利益和相互之间的公平性.为此,在考虑节能减排和经济效益等传统优化目标的基础上,建立了考虑省间电力平衡的区域电网环境经济优化调度模型.它以目标发电计划和电力偏差最小为目标,在确定了受端电网区域电源的优化方案之后对其进行电力分配数量和流向的分析,应用半正定规划算法(SDP)进行计算,并通过隶属度函数求出多目标优化结果.通过IEEE 30节点系统进行仿真,证实了该方法的有效性.This paper suggests that the receiving end of interregional power network should consider not only minimizing the costs of the power generation and minimizing the emission production with the goals of environmental/economic power dispatching, but also the basic interests of provinces and cities and the fair- ness among them. In consequence, on the basis of comprehensive consideration of energy saving, emission reduction, and economic benefit, the regional power network environmental/economic dispatching model considering balance of electric power is established. After achieving the power source arrangement plans of receiving end network, it analyzes the amount and direction of power distribution with the goal of minimi- zing the difference of generation scheduling and actual power. Semi-definite programming (SDP) is applied to calculate, and the result of multi objective optimization is acquired based on the membership function. The IEEE 30-bus stand system has been simulated. The results illustrate the validity of the method.
