三黄膏外敷治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三黄膏外敷结合压疮护理对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮的治疗及护理效果。方法:将发生Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮的患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组应用三黄膏外敷压疮创面周围,对照组在压疮创面处喷涂肤创宁,护理措施2组相同,7天后应用压疮愈合计分(PUSH)评价压疮的治疗及护理效果。结果:观察组压疮愈合计分(PUSH)明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:应用三黄膏外敷治疗及常规护理Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮效果优于肤创宁治疗及常规护理。Objective： To observe clinical effects and nursing effects of SanHuang ointment for external use combined with care in the treatment for pressure sore at stages I and II. Methods： Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, the observation group accepted SanHuang ointment for external use around the wound, and the control group sprayed with FuChuangNing around the wound, other nursing measures were same in both groups, therapeutic effects and nursing effects of the pressure sore were assessed by using PUSH in seven days. Results： The observation group was superior to the control group notably in PUSH （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Therapeutic effects of SanHuang ointment for external use and routine care in treating and nursing pressure sore are superior to these of FuChuangNing and routine care.
