摘 要:【目的】了解广西主栽水稻品种对水稻齿叶矮缩病的抗性水平,为病害的综合防控及抗病育种研究提供理论依据。【方法】采用苗期人工接种鉴定方法,结合发病症状和RT-PCR检测结果,明确45份广西主栽水稻品种对水稻齿叶矮缩病的抗性水平。【结果】测试的45个主栽水稻品种中未发现对水稻齿叶矮缩病抗病的品种,其中表现高感的有41个,占测试品种的91.11%,表现中感的有4个,占测试品种的8.89%。【结论】目前的广西主栽水稻品种对水稻齿叶矮缩病缺乏抗病性。[Objective]In order to provide theory basis for integrated control and disease-resistant breeding against rice ragged stunt disease(RRSD),this paper determined the resistance level of Guangxi major rice varieties to RRSD. [Method]Using the method of artificial inoculation identification at seedling stage, the resistance levels of 45 Guangxi major rice varieties to RRSD were determined based on their symptoms and RT-PCR detection results. [Result]Among the 45 rice varieties, there was no resistant variety against RRSD. The results showed that fourty-one varieties were highly susceptible to RRSD, accounting for 91.11%; four varieties were moderately susceptible, accounting for 8.89%. [Conclusion]The current major rice varieties in Guangxi lacks resistance against RRSD.
