摘　　要：从更加广阔或独到的历史长周期视角探讨科技金融的"来龙去脉",即从哪里来、走什么路、往哪里去,揭示了科技金融的内在本质和发展规律,提出了金融危机是科技金融的"起跑线",普惠金融是科技金融的"方向标",分享金融是科技金融的"目的地",自贸区政策是科技金融的"加速器"等主要观点。This paper discusses the whole story of Sci-Tech finance from a broader and unique historical perspective ,reveals its inherent nature and development pattern, and presents the main viewpoints that financial crisis is the ＂starting line＂ of Sei-Tech finance, that inclusive finance is the ＂direction＂, that sharing finance is the ＂destination＂, and that the FTA policy is the ＂accelerator＂.
