摘　　要：国内大多陶瓷花纸企业普遍使用半自动丝印机,存在用工"成本高"及"招工难"的问题,为此,设计了由伺服纸张输纸、供纸、定位、吸纸、推送、控制系统组成的陶瓷花纸丝网机自动输纸设备,该设备实现了全自动输纸,且生产效率高、成本价格相对低廉,具有很好的市场前景,值得在制造企业进行推广。Semi-automatic construction machine is commonly used by most of the domestic ceramic decal enterprises. There are problems of a high cost in labour and recruitment is very difficult. For this purpose, an automatic paper feeding of construction machine for ceramic decal is designed, which was composed of servo supply of papers, paper feeding, positioning, sucking, pushing and control system, and automatic supply of papers was implemented by the equipment with high production efficiency, costs and prices relatively inexpensive. It has a good market prospect, which is worthy to popularize in manufacturing enterprises.
