摘 要:为精确掌握高压气源系统工作状态,提高风洞试验动力保障效能,针对高压气源系统开展了运行监测和流量计量相关研究。为兼容异构的现场测控设备,保障高压气源系统本身的安全可靠性,基于"现场层—监控层—调度层"三层架构,利用KEPServer和Wonderware软件,建立了分布式动力系统运行监测平台,实现了多源异构数据的采集与处理。重点研究了德尔塔巴流量计理论模型,给出了常用的工程计算公式。全系统在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。In order to accurately grasp the working state of the high-pressure air delivery system, and increase the power supply effectiveness for wind tunnel test, the operation monitoring and flow metering for the high- pressure air delivery system are researched. For the compatibility of heterogeneous monitoring and control e- quipment, and to protect the safety and reliability of the high-pressure air delivery system, based on the three- layer architecture composed of field layer, supervision layer and dispatch layer, the KEPServer and Wonderware software are used to estabilsh the distributed power system operation monitoring platform, which realizes the collection and processing of multi-source heterogeneous data. The theoretical model of the Delta flowmeter is investigated, the commonly used engineering calculation formula is given. This work has brought satisfactory effects in practice.
