健康体检女性更年期相关知识行为及需求的调查

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康体检女性更年期的相关知识、行为现状和需求。方法:2016年1-6月采用自行设计健康体检女性更年期保健相关知识和行为的调查问卷表对在笔者所在医院行健康体检的500名女性进行调查,了解健康体检女性对更年期保健相关知识掌握和需求情况及健康行为水平。结果:500名健康女性更年期健康行为处于中等水平;仅58.40%女性知晓有关更年期的知识;95.00%女性有相关知识需求;72.80%女性希望从医护人员咨询及宣教中获取知识,而实际获得更年期相关知识的途径是杂志书籍,相关知识实际获得途径高于希望获得途径,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:健康体检女性更年期相关知识缺乏,健康行为差,对更年期知识有强烈需求,医护人员应加强更年期相关知识的健康教育,以促进其采取健康保健行为。Objective： To explore the health check-up women in menopause related knowledge, behavior status and needs.Method： Using self-designed healthy check-up female menopause health related knowledge and behavior questionnaire for 500 women in our line of healthy check-up to investigate, understand the healthy check-up of menopause women health care and health related knowledge and demand behavior level.Result： 500 healthy women climacteric health behavior in medium level; Only 58.40% of women knew about menopause; 95.00% of women had relevant knowledge needs; 72.80% women hoped to get the knowledge from the staff consultation and mission, and the practical way to get the knowledge of menopause was magazines and books, knowledge access was higher than actual hopes to get the way, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Condusion： Healthy check-up female menopause the lack of relevant knowledge, health behavior is poor, there is strong demand for knowledge of menopause, paramedics menopause related knowledge of health education shall be strengthened to promote the health care behavior.
