个体化护理模式对妇科腹腔镜手术患者自护能力及康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的观察个体化护理模式对妇科腹腔镜手术患者自护能力及康复效果的影响。方法将2014年11月至2016年10月在我院行妇科腹腔镜手术患者96例随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组实施临床常规护理,观察组则采取个体化护理模式。观察两组干预后的自护能力与康复效果。结果干预后,两组自护能力评分均提高,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理模式利于提升妇科腹腔镜手术临床效果,改善患者自护能力与术后康复效果,具有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the influence of individualized nursing model on self-care ability and rehabilitation effect in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods Ninety-six patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from November 2014 to October 2016 were selected, all the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given clinical routine nursing, and the observa- tion group was given individualized nursing model. After intervention, the self-care ability and rehabilitation effects of the two groups were observed. Results After intervention, the scores of self-care ability of the two groups improved, and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The postoperative recovery time of bowel sound, anal exhaust time, leaving bed time and length of hospital stays of the observation group were less than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing model is beneficial to increase the effects of gynecological laparoscopic surgery, improve self-care ability and rehabilitation effect, which has high value of clinical generalization.
