摘  要:目的主要探讨肾内科患者护理中优质护理模式的应用效果。方法选取我院肾内科2013年6月至2015年6月收治的60例患者,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用优质护理模式,包括有效沟通、病房清理及心理护理等,比较两组患者护理前、后负面情绪改善情况及护理满意度。结果治疗后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分明显优于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾内科患者护理中采用优质护理可显著改善患者负面情绪,提高患者的护理满意度,在临床护理中具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of quality nursing method in the nursing of nephrology department patients. Methods From June 2013 to June 2015, 60 cases of patients in nephrology department of our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional nursing, and the observation group received the quality nursing mode on the basis of the control group, including effective communication, ward cleaning and psychological nursing, etc. The improvement of negative emotion before and after nursing of the patients and the nursing satisfaction rate of patients between the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after treatment were obviously better than those before treatment and those of the control group (P〈0.05). After treatment, the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing method in the nursing of nephrology department patients can obviously improve the negative emotion of patients, and improves the nursing satisfaction rate, which has a promotion value in the clinical nursing.
