综合护理措施在降低眼科手术患者护理风险中的效果

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理措施在降低眼科手术患者护理风险中的临床效果。方法将我院2015年7月至2016年7月收治的220例眼科手术患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组110例。对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组患者采取综合护理措施。比较两组患者心理障碍、生活能力降低、睡眠障碍、感染、伤口裂开、前房积血风险事件的发生率,并分析风险事件的发生原因。结果两组患者共发生118例风险事件,其中观察组13例(11.82%),对照组105例(95.45%),观察组患者各项风险发生率及总发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);护理人员技术水平(33.90%)是引起风险事件的最主要的因素,其次为患者自身因素(29.66%)、环境因素(20.34%)、仪器设备准备不充分问题(16.10%)。结论在眼科手术患者护理中,采用综合护理措施能够有效降低护理风险发生率。临床上应对护理风险产生的原因进行具体分析,并提出防范措施。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing measures on reducing the nursing risk in patients with ophthalmic surgery. Methods A total of 220 cases of patients with ophthalmic surgery in our hospital were se- lected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 110 cases in each group. The patients in the con- trol group received routine nursing and the patients in the observation group accepted comprehensive nursing measures. The incidences of risk events of psychological factors, reducing of life ability, sleep disorders, infection, wound dehiscence, anterior chamber of the two groups were compared, and the causes of the risk event were analyzed. Results There were 118 cases of risk events in the two groups,13 cases in the observation group （11.82%） and 105 cases in the control group （95.45%）, the incidence of each risk event and the overall incidences in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; the technical level of caregivers （33.90%） is the key factor in causing risk events, followed by the patient＇s own factors （29.66%）, environmental factors （20.34%） and inadequate preparation of equipment （16.10%）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures in patients with ophthalmic surgery can effectively reduce the risk of nursing. The causes of nursing risks should be concretely analyzed in clinic, and the preventive measures should be put forward.
