摘  要:拉延模具数控加工中的CAPP技术,就是通过定制模板,再借助计算机、支撑环境以及推理等设备和技术,对制定的零件进行机械加工的工艺技术。数控加工以及CAPP技术都是依托于计算机技术而发展起来的,借助于CAPP技术系统,对手工工艺设计效率低、一致性低、质量不稳定、不易达到优化等问题找到了有效的解决方法。文章对基于拉延模具数控加工中CAPP技术进行了研究。The CAPP technology in the numerical control machining of drawing die is the technology of machining the developed parts by means of custom templates, and then by means of computer, supporting environment and reasoning equipment and technology. NC machining and CAPP technology are based on the development of computer technology, with the help of CAPP technology system, the manual process design efficiency is low, consistency is low, quality is not stable, easy to achieve optimization and other issues to find an effective solution. In this paper, CAPP technology based on drawing die NC machining is studied.
