摘　　要：夹送辊是钢板滚切式双边剪的重要组成部分，直接影响钢板的剪切质量，由于调整方法不当、调整精度达不到要求等原因，致使剪切出的钢板经常出现缺陷，通过对双边剪夹送辊结构的分析，明确了其工作机理，改进调整方法后，提高了剪切质量。The pinch roll unit is an important component of the rotary cutting double side shear for plates. It will have the direct influence on the shearing quality of plates when the adjusting mode is not proper and doesn＇ t meet the accuracy requirements, that will result in the plate defects. An analysis is made on the structural features and working principle of the pinch roll unit. After the improvement of adjusting mode, the shearing quality is improved.
