摘  要:系统阐述了全国首例装配式被动实验房施工的难点及特点,从装配式被动房的技术构成、装配式施工,预制构件之间缝隙的密封做法3个方面入手进行了概述性介绍,同时将建造过程中出现的问题及解决方法进行归纳总结。并采用鼓风门房屋气密性测试法对建造效果进行测试,结果表明所建房屋满足被动房气密性要求。首次提出了一套完整的装配式技术建造被动房的施工方法,具有广阔的应用前景。This paper expounds systematically difficult and characteristics of the first fabricated passive lab house in China. And it also introduces key construction technologies from the aspects of precast passive house technology composition,precast construction process and the sealing technology of fabricated members gap. The authors summarize the problems occurred during construction and their solved schemes,and the construction effect is tested by the air-tightness test of the blast door,which shows that the house meets the requirements of passive house air-tightness. The authors put forward firstly a set of precast construction technology of passive house,which has wide application prospect.
