摘 要:装配式建筑深化设计具有精细化、高协同度、低容错率的特点,需要引入BIM技术以提高整体效率。以成都锦丰新城装配式整体剪力墙住宅项目为例,提出BIM在装配式建筑深化设计的应用难点,通过制定标准、软件开发解决难题,并在项目深化设计中进行具体BIM应用,取得了良好效果。Detailed design of prefabricated buildings needs detailed consideration, high level of corporation and low error ratio. It is necessary to introduce building information modeling( BIM) into the detailed design for higher efficiency. Taken a residence project named Chengdu Jinfengxincheng with prefabricated reinforced concrete as an example,the difficulties of using BIM in detailed design of prefabricated buildings are analyzed,and BIM standards and Revit software development for detailed design of prefabricated buildings are made to solve these problems. Then several BIM applications are used in the detailed design process of example project and obtained good effect.
