摘  要:目的:运用不同的分析鉴别方法研究市售金银花样品的增重物质,总结中药饮片增重物质的鉴别方法。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别并结合红外光谱,逐层剖析金银花样品的增重物质。结果:性状鉴别该样品质硬、有粉性;显微鉴别该物质粉末含有不规则团块状物质;理化鉴别该物质阴离子为硫酸根、阳离子为钙离子;红外光谱显示该物质分别在3562cm^(-1)、3387 cm^(-1)、3337 cm^(-1)、909 cm^(-1)、868 cm^(-1)、850 cm^(-1)、634 cm^(-1)、609 cm^(-1)处有吸收峰。结论:市售金银花样品中所含物质为硫酸钙与蔗糖,在增重物质的鉴别过程中应将传统鉴别方法与红外光谱方法相结合。Objective To identify the adulterated heavy substances from the commercial medicinal slices of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos sample employing different analytical methods and to summarize the identification methods of adulterated heavy substances in chinese herbal pieces. Methods The adulterated heavy substanc-es from the commercial medicinal slices of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos samples were identified by characteristic, microscopic, physical and chemical distinguishing methods combining with infrared spectroscopy technology. Results The sample quality was hard and powdery and the microscopic identification revealed that the pow-der contained irregular clumps of material. It was found that the anion is sulfate and cation is calcium ion through physical and chemical identification. The IR spectra showed that the material had absorption peaks in 3387 cm^-1, 3562 cm^-1, 909 cm^-1, 3337 cm^-1, 850 cm^-1, 868 cm^-1, 609 cm^-1 and 634 cm^-1, respectively. Conclusions The adulterated heavy substances in the commercial medicinal slices of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos were calcium sulphate and sucrose, suggesting that traditional identification methods should be combined with infrared spectroscopy in the identification of adulterated heavy substances.
