摘 要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂方坯连铸机拉矫辊辊套焊缝处开焊漏水,造成铸坯扭曲变形的问题,采用有限元分析软件对拉矫辊的温度场、应力场进行仿真,分析了焊缝开焊原因,结果确定采用芯轴加周边钻孔的拉矫辊结构,现场实际应用后,拉矫辊平均寿命由2个月提高到6个月,辊套漏水的问题得到解决,保证了铸坯质量。In allusion to the problem of the strands twisting and deforming due to the water leakage caused by the snap of the welding seam on the roll ring of the pulling straightening roller of billet continuous caster in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the temperature field and stress field of the pulling straightening roller were simulated and the causes leading to the cracking of the welding seam were also analyzed by the finite element analysis software. The results showed that the problem of water leakage at the roll ring was solved so that the average service life of the pulling straightening miler was improved to 6 months from 2 months and the quality of the strands were also guaranteed after the pulling straightening roller with the structure of drilling on both mandrel and surrounding was put into practice production.
