摘 要:建立了利用显微镜对油品中污染颗粒物图像进行拍照的方法,由计算机软件对图像进行解析,对图像中的颗粒及颗粒尺寸进行自动统计分析,根据美国航空航天标准NAS1638将分析结果分为清洁度1~12个等级。本方法经国家标准样品B1100303(GBW(E)120017)进行结果验证,结果符合样品证书提供的标准等级范围,为液压系统中油品质量的在线监控提供准确可靠的检验数据,保证了热轧产线液压系统的稳定运行。The method for taking pictures of polluted particles in oil was determined by the microscope and then the images in the pictures were analyzed by the computer software, by which the statistical analysis for the particles in images and their sizes was done automatically. After that the cleanliness of these analyzed particles was classified into different levels from Level 1 to Level 12 according to the American standard NAS1638. The method was verified by the national standard sample Bl100303 (GBW (E)120017), and the verified results were in accord with the limits of standard levels provided by the sample certificate. By the method the accurate and reliable data from the hydraulic system with the on-line quality-monitoring for oil can be available and thus the smooth operation of the hydraulic system in the hot rolling production line could be guaranteed.
