摘  要:对5 000炉SPHC钢化学成分和机械性能的过程能力指数进行了分析计算,优化了炼铁配矿及炼钢操作工艺。结果表明,SPHC钢的碳含量、磷含量过程能力指数分别由三级提高至一级和二级,锰硫比的过程能力指数由四级提升至二级。The process capability indexes for chemical compositions and mechanical proper- ties of SPHC steel strips produced from as many as 5 000 heats of molten steel were analyzed based on the calculation. And then the ore proportioning process, ironmaking process and operation process in steelmaking were optimized. The optimized results show that the process capability in- dexes of carbon content and phosphorus content were improved respectively to level 1 or level 2 from level 3 while the process capability index of the ratio of manganese to sulfur was improved to level 2 from level 4.
