摘 要:分析了镍铝青铜BAl7-7-2-2合金及其热处理后的金相组织、硬度、拉伸性能、冲击韧性和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,镍铝青铜BAl7-7-2-2合金经热处理后,组织发生再结晶细化,κ相析出减少,强度、硬度降低,冲击性能显著提高;BAl7-7-2-2合金摩擦系数低于QAl9-4合金的,热处理后摩擦系数继续减小,减摩性能优异;BAl7-7-2-2合金的磨损率高于QAl9-4合金的,热处理后磨损率降低,磨痕宽度和深度减小,耐磨性得到提高,接近QAl9-4合金的水平。The microstructure,hardness,tensile properties,impact toughness and friction-wear performances of nickel aluminum bronze alloy(BAl7-7-2-2) before and after heat treatment were analyzed. The microstructure of BA17-7-2-2 heat treated recrystalized and refined,and the precipitates of κ phase decreased,resulting in reduced hardness and strength and increased impact toughness. The friction coefficient of BAl7-7-2-2 alloy was lower than that of QAl9-4,and the friction coefficient of BAl7-7-2-2alloy after heat treatment was lower than that of the original one,demonstrating an excellent performance of antifriction. The wear rate of BAl7-7-2-2 alloy was higher than that of QAl9-4 alloy,while the wear rate of BAl7-7-2-2 alloy after heat treatment was reduced,the width and depth of grinding crack became narrower and shallower than those of BAl7-7-2-2,and its wear resistance was improved to the level of that of QAl9-4 alloy.
