摘　　要：按照分层随机抽样原则从济宁市各级各类医院中抽取445名住院患者和154名已出院患者进行问卷调查,并对部分患者进行访谈。探讨患者对"先看病后付费"政策的认同水平及负面预期,界定政策的重点目标群体。患者认为政策在改善大病不敢治、及时住院治疗、简化流程、改善医患关系方面作用明显。政策推行中应重点关注支付能力低、住院费用高的患者。患者对政策前四位负面预期是住院个人承担费用增加、报销手续繁琐、入院手续繁琐和住院时间延长。该政策缓解了患者住院中的部分难题,在推行中应重点关注需求最迫切人群,加强对患者负面预期的管理。To explore the approbation and demands and the negative anticipation factors to ＂post payment for hospitalization＂ policy from the perspective of patients, a stratified random sampling of 445 patients and 154 discharged patients in Jining were investigated with ＂post payment for hospitalization＂ questionnaire. Some of the patients were also interviewed. The results showed that the factors having positive influence on patients＇ attitudes included improving the situation of serious illness without treatment, timely hospital treatment, simplifying the hospitalization process and improving the doctor-patient relationship. The policy should focus on the patients whose payment capacity is low and hospitalization expense is high. Four negative anticipations of patients to the policy included increasing hospitalization cost of individual payment, more complicated reimbursement and hospitalization program, and prolonged hospitalization time. This policy had reduced the difficulties in the process of patients＇ hospitalization. In the future, it should focus on the patients whose needs are the most urgent and enhance the management of negative anticipations of the patients.
