摘 要:以1年生的射干Belamcanda chinensis为实验材料,用PAM-2500型叶绿素荧光仪对射干夏季1 d的叶绿素荧光参数进行测定。结果表明:初始荧光(FO)、最大荧光(FM)、PSⅡ原初光能转化效率(FV/FM)、表现光合电子传递速率ETR均存在显著的日变化(P<0.05)。其中FO、FM和FV/FM这3项参数变化趋势均一致,都呈先下降又上升的趋势,均在14:00降至最小值,而ETR则呈先上升后下降又小幅上升再急剧下降的趋势,在18:00时,ETR的数值达到最小。1 year old Belamcanda chinensis was used as experimental material, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured by PAM-2500 chlorophyll fluorescence spectrometer in summer for 1 day. The results showed that there were significant diurnal changes(P 0.05) in the initial fluorescence(FO), maximum fluorescence(FM), primary light energy conversion efficiency(FV/FM) and photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR). The trend of FO, FM and FV/FM were the same as that of FO, FM and FV/FM. They all decreased at first and then decreased at 14:00, while ETR increased first, then decreased and then decreased sharply. Of the trend, at 18:00, ETR values to a minimum.
