摘　　要：在"走出去"战略的引领下,一些企业通过探索投融资与工程相结合的业务模式,取得了一定的成效,扩大了业务领域。随着"一带一路"国策的实施,国际工程承包商将面临着历史性的机遇。除了设计、采购、施工和项目管理能力,承包商的融资能力变得越来越重要。熟练运用各种融资手段,可以提升企业在国际市场上的竞争力。本文主要对出口信贷比较常用的出口买方信贷、出口卖方信贷、出口延付合同再融资保险的3种模式以及项目融资模式进行分析,剖析在不同模式下面临的风险尤其是由于融资引起的汇率风险及还款的风险等,以及针对这些风险的应对措施,为企业在商务谈判期间选择融资方式提供参考,指出在不同的融资模式下,应重点关注的共性问题。Under the circumstance of ＂going-out＂ strategy, a lot of companies have gained significant achievements in expanding their business by combining investment and financing with engineering projects. In particular, recently with the strong tailwind of the Belt ＆ Road policy, these companies-the international engineering contractors-will have the historic opportunities to make them stronger in global market by skillfully using the ever-more-vital financing capability, plus their proprietary ability in design, engineering, procurement and project management. The article is to analyze the types of the export credit financing and the project financing, as well as the risks and prevention, in an attempt to provide the solution and reference for fund-collecting, and point out the commonly-concerned financing issues.
