摘 要:为了减小轧机两侧刚度差,分析确定影响轧机刚度差的关键因素,采用激光跟踪仪对轧机带衬板与不带衬板状态的相对几何位置进行精密检测,发现牌坊衬板磨损、倾斜以及安装面的倾斜等通过造成轧辊轴线交叉进而导致轧机两侧刚度差。通过分析研究实测数据提出了更换定制衬板、研磨安装面等一系列减小轧机两侧刚度差的对策措施,提高了热轧机组各架轧机的两侧刚度差的符合率,其中末架轧机从23%上升到88%,投入生产使用后显著减少精轧机组跑偏与镰刀弯缺陷,并使后工序的堵边率从6.5%下降到2.4%以下,机架间跑偏废钢从平均每月3块降低到连续3个月为零。In order to decrease the stiffness difference of both sides of hot strip mill, the key elements affecting the stiffness difference of hot strip mill were analyzed and confirmed. The relatively geometrical position of mills with liner and no-liner were precision measured by laser track instrument. Wearing, lean and uneven of mill liner caused the cross between rolls, which resulted in the big stiffness difference of both mill sides. According to the analysis and study of the metrical data, replacing customization mill liner,grinding infrastructure surface and other measures were put forward to decrease the stiffness difference of both sides of hot strip mill. All stands got different rise in the sat- isfying rate of the stiffness difference of both sides,and the last stand got up to 88% from 23%. The strip hook bend and cobble piece among finish mill stands decreased evidently after taking above action. And the blocking edge rate in the next working procedure decreased to less than 2.4% from 6.5%. Cobble piece between hot-strip mills de- creased to zero during three months from 3 piece per month.
