摘　　要：图书馆核心价值的演变符合社会历史发展的基本规律,它对人类文明的进步发挥了不可替代的作用,其存在具有一定的客观性。依据不同的价值文化可以对图书馆核心价值的内涵进行不同的表述。图书馆核心价值与图书馆本质具有同一性,图书馆人要保持适当的价值中立,并为图书馆价值共识的形成而不懈地努力。在不同时代,图书馆用户的范围虽有所不同,但图书馆核心价值以用户为中心的服务理念始终没有改变。The evolution of library core value not only conforms to the social and historical development, but also has significant meaning in the progression of civilization. Library core value comes in different connotations when interpreted by different cultures. It is also in line with the essence of library. Librarians should always ensure Value neutrality and thrive to contribute to the consensus of library core value. Although the scope of library users differs in different times, the library core value of user-centered philosophy remains intact.
