摘　　要：英国皇家特许图书情报职业者协会由英国图书馆协会和英国情报科学家协会合并而来。协会致力于促进图书情报职业者的职业发展,并由理事会制定决策。协会收入包括会费收入、其他收入和社会捐赠,收支平衡且略有盈余。协会通过开展活动、会员职业发展、相关行业互惠合作、颁奖等方式为会员服务。会员对协会愿景陈述、价值观、策略目标、专业研讨、社会活动等均具有较高认可度。基于此,我国应合并图书馆学会与情报学会,图书情报相关学会需正确理财,多设立专业奖项,构建图书情报社群生态系统。The Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals was merged by Library Association and the Institute of Information Scientists on behalf of their profession. The Library and Information Committee charge the decision power. The association＇s income could keep in balance with its expenditure, and its income include three components, the members＇ fee, other income, and social donations. The work of the association includes： campaign and promotion, professional development, mutual benefit with related industries, and awards. Members have high recognition of the vision statements, core values, strategic objectives, programs and campaigns of the association. Based on these, our country should merge library society and information society, library and information related association should learn financial management urgently, set up more library and information professional awards, construct library and information community ecosystem.
