摘　　要："一带一路"战略的提出给高校图书馆小语种文献资源建设带来新的发展契机。高校图书馆应通过提供多语种的文献资源,并采用教师和研究生荐购为主、本科生需求分析采购为辅的建设模式,同时采用宣传推广和优化查询等方式提高小语种文献资源利用率,以及建立专门的小语种阅览区域等策略支持"一带一路"战略。The introduction of the ＂One Belt One Road＂ initiative provides new opportunities for the development of minority languages literature resources construction in universities libraries. University libraries should ensure multilingual literature collections. Acquisition of books should mainly attend to the recommendations of teachers and graduate students and at the same time take into consideration undergraduate students＇ needs. To ensure a high utilization of minority languages literature resources, university libraries can adopt more extensive promotion and marketing methods, enhance their optimized searching feature, and establish specialized reading areas dedicated to minority languages literature in support of the initiative of ＂One Belt One Road＂.
