摘　　要：近年来,阅读推广发展迅速,在取得一定成就的同时,也存在着一些问题。从图书馆领域重要的"宣言"、"声明"以及图书馆学者的论述中可以发现,将阅读推广置于现代图书馆理念的框架之下,可以促进图书馆阅读推广的发展。文章从图书馆理念对于阅读推广的指导与制约两个方面入手,深入探讨阅读推广中的成绩与问题,以期促进阅读推广的健康发展。In recent years, reading promotion develops rapidly. To achieve some success at the same time, there are some problems. From the important ＂Declaration＂, ＂Declaration＂ of the library field and the discussion of the library scholars, it can be found that the development of reading promotion can be promoted under the framework of modem library concept. This paper starts from the aspects of library concept and the guidance and restriction of reading promotion, and discusses the achievements and problems in reading promotion, in order to promote the healthy development of reading promotion.
