摘 要:为研究棒形悬式复合绝缘子的积污特性,利用COMSOL对其在笔者所在学校风洞条件下的积污特性进行了数值模拟,并将模拟结果与华北电力大学风洞试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:两者积污量数量级相同,整体上随直流电压的变化趋势一致且呈"V"形分布,验证了该模拟方法的合理性。藉此,对复合绝缘子自然积污特性进行了模拟研究,分析了污秽质量分数和电压类型对其自然积污特性的影响。结果表明:绝缘子表面积污量随污秽质量分数的增大而增大;污秽质量分数较小时,积污量的增加速度较大,质量分数较大时,反之。在相同条件下,绝缘子表面积污量无论是整体上还是沿各伞裙分布均在施加直流电压时最大,交流电压与无电压情况相似;直流电与无电压情况下各伞裙积污量的差值近似呈"W"形分布。To reveal the contamination characteristics of rod-type suspension composite insulator,COMSOL is employed to simulate the contamination characteristics of the composite insulator in the wind tunnel at North China Electric Power University,and the simulation results are compared with the test ones from the same wind tunnel.It is shown that the simulated quantity of contamination is in same order of magnitude as that of test one and they both display a V-shape changing trend with DC voltage,which confirms the rationality of the simulation method. Further,a simulation study is conducted on the natural contamination characteristics of the insulator to understand the effects of contamination concentration and voltage type on the natural contamination characteristics of insulators.The results show that:l)the quantity of contamination on the insulator surface increases with the contamination concentration;2)the increasing rate of the quantity of contamination has an inverse relationship with the contamination concentration;3)under the same conditions,the quantity of contamination on whole insulator surface or on umbrella skirts gets the maximum under DC voltage, and the distribution of contamination under AC voltage is similar to that without voltage; and 4)the difference of the quantity of contamination,on the umbrella skirts between under DC voltage and without voltage is approximately W-shaped.
