摘 要:为了提高稻米品质,采用随机区组试验设计,探究减量施肥及配施生物有机肥对水稻品质的影响。结果表明,常规施肥中氮肥减少20%并增加(归复记)生物有机肥及镁肥,提高了稻米的碾磨、外观及营养品质,对两品种的食味评分的影响尤为显著。In order to improve the quality of rice, dtherandomized block experiment was designed to explore the effect of reducing the amount of fertilizer and the application of bio organic fertilizer on the quality of rice.The Results showed that nitrogen in conventional fertilization decreased by 20% and increased (return to remember)the biological organic fertilizer and magnesium fertilizer,and improved the rice milling, appearance and nutritional quality, the influence of two varieties of taste score was particularly significant.
