腐植酸对重茬烤烟土壤性状和产量的影响

摘　　要：采用盆栽和田间小区试验,研究不同腐植酸施用量对重茬烤烟4种土壤酶活性、土壤理化性状、烟叶产量及品质的影响。结果表明:腐植酸对土壤酶活性和速效养分含量具有显著作用,且土壤4种酶均与速效养分呈极显著正相关,其中50 g·株-1腐植酸处理,土壤4种酶活性在烤烟移栽后各生育期均表现最强,与对照相比增幅分别为3.43%~7.05%,13.74%~22.47%,12.00%~28.24%,4.60%~21.38%。施加腐植酸处理的烤烟产量与产值显著高于其他处理,分别比常规施肥提高9.35%和10.37%。表明适量的腐植酸对提高重茬烤烟土壤酶活性、速效养分及产量和产值方面效果显著。Potted and field culturing tests were used to study the effect of humie acid on soil enzyme activity,soil physical and chemical,tobacco yield and quality in continuous cropping tobacco .The results showed that the humic acid bad significant effect on soil enzymes activity and available nutrients content, and four kinds of soil enzymes had significant positive correlation with quick- acting nutrient.The 50 g·plant^-1 processing,four kinds of soil enzyme activity in different growth period were the strongest after transplanting, compared with controls increasing 3.43% -7.05%, 13.74% -22.47%, 12.00% -28.24%, 4.60% -21.38% respectively. Humic acid treatment of flue-cured tobacco yield and output value were significantly higher than other treatments, compared to the conventional fertilization increased by 9.35% and 10.37%,respectively.Resoults indicated appropriate humic acid could improve soil enzymes activity and available nutrients and yield and output value.
