摘  要:豇豆单胞锈菌是引起红小豆锈病的病原菌。为了明确红小豆锈病菌夏孢子的萌发条件,以红小豆锈病菌ZXL01菌株为材料,研究了培养方法、温度、光照、储存条件和储存时间对红小豆锈病菌夏孢子萌发的影响。结果表明,最适红小豆锈病菌夏孢子萌发的培养方法为水琼脂平板法,夏孢子在水琼脂上2 h即开始萌发,随着培养时间的延长,萌发率逐渐升高,6 h后萌发率趋于稳定,萌发率为75.0%。夏孢子在15~25℃均可萌发,最适萌发温度为20℃。光照可明显抑制夏孢子萌发。夏孢子在4℃条件下储存360 d后已基本丧失萌发能力,而夏孢子在-20℃条件下储存360 d时仍可保持萌发活力。Uromyces vignae was the pathogen which caused adzuki bean rust. In order to clarify the urediospores germination conditions of Uromyces vignae,urediospores of the Uromyces vignae fungus ZXL01 were used to determine the effects on the germination of culture methods, temperature, light, storage conditions and storage time. Results showed that the optimum method was cultured on agar plate,and the urediospores germinate initially within 2 hours. The germination rate was gradually increased and stabilized around of 75.0% until 6 hours after inoculation. The suitable temperature for urediospores germination ranged from 15 ℃ to 25 ℃, and the optimal temperature was around 20 ℃. Light had inhibitive effect on urediospores germination. It was ascertained that the urediniospores had lost their germination abilities after stored for 360 days at 4 ℃,but could still germinate at -20℃.
