摘 要:为了研究脂磷壁酸对小鼠乳腺组织TLR2表达的影响,试验采用小鼠为模型,用不同剂量的LTA对小鼠乳腺进行灌注,采用组织切片方法观察小鼠乳腺组织的病理组织学变化,Real-time PCR方法检测乳腺组织中TLR2以及炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6 m RNA的表达变化。结果表明,对照组乳腺腺泡正常,灌注LTA乳腺腺泡壁增厚,乳腺腺泡有中性粒细胞的浸润。TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6 m RNA表达水平比未注射LTA小鼠显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明TLR2介导的信号途径能够使炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6表达。In order to investigate the effect of lipoteichoic acid (LTA) on TLR2 expression in mammary tissue of mice,mice were used as model, and mammary infusion was taken with different doses of LTA. Tissue section method was used to observe pathological histological changes in mammary tissue. Real-time PCR was used to detect TLR2,TNF-a,IL-1β and IL-6 mRNA in mammary tissue after LTA infusion. The results showed that the mammary alveolars of control group were normal,perfusion LTA mammary gland bubble wall thickening, inflammatory cells increased in mammary tissue after LTA infusion. The expression levels of TLR2, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 mRNA significantly increased in LTA infused mammary gland (P〈0. 05). The results indicated that TLR2 mediated signal pathway could lead to the inflammatory cytokine expression.
