摘  要:为保护畜禽养殖场周围的空气质量,控制氨气是养殖业必须要解决的基本问题。从养猪场土样中分离出具有除臭的微生物菌株2株:X-3菌株和X-5菌株。利用纳氏比色法检测除氨复合菌系去除氨氮的能力;采用平板稀释活菌计数法分析活菌数与除氨效果之间的关系。除氨复合菌系具有良好的氨氮去除能力,7 d的氨氮平均去除率为87.43%,相关性分析结果显示,活菌数量与氨氮去除效果呈正相关。该除臭剂具有良好的除臭效果,并延长除臭时间。Ammonia emissions monitoring was a main problem to protect air quality around livestock and poultry farms.Composite microbial strains,X-3 and X-5,were isolated from soil in the hoggery.The effect of ammonia nitrogen removal was detected by Na's colorimetry.And the relationship of viable count and ability of ammonia removal were analyzed through plate dilution method.The results showed that multiple strains had a great effect on ammonia nitrogen removal, and the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 87.43% at 7 d.Nonzero correlation showed that there was a positive correlation between them.The deodorant had great effect on ammonia nitrogen removal and could delay deodorant time.
