基于“海绵城市理念”的工程项目设计分析——以“厦门生物医药产业协同创新创业中心工程”为例

摘　　要："生物医药工程"为新建建设项目,综合考虑确定为以目标为导向的设计方案。场地范围"南高北低,西高东低",地下室覆土厚度约1.2m,覆土范围主要位于项目占地北侧,根据项目周边市政雨水管线条件,市政雨水接口集中在项目东侧西园路和北侧后祥北路,结合管线布置,可将末端雨水调蓄设施设置在东侧用地范围。项目占地范围内实土区域面积较大,除主办公楼为高层建筑(20F,H=87.2m),其他厂房都为多层建筑,拟采取"源头减量+末端调蓄+净化回用"的设计思路。＂ biomedical engineering＂ for the new construction project,comprehensive consideration shall determine the design scheme of target oriented. Site scope ＂ low meteorological north,west and low in the basement turns the soil thickness is about 1. 2 m,covering scope mainly in the project covers an area of the north,according to the project surrounding municipal rainwater pipeline conditions,rain interface is focused on the project on the east side and west park road and north after auspicious north road,combined with the pipeline arrangement,can set the end of the rainwater storage facilities in the east of the land. Project covers an area of larger regional areas within the scope of real soil,in addition to the main office for high-rise building（20 f,H = 87. 2m）,other factory for multistory buildings,plans to take ＂ source reduction ＋ end to regulate ＋ purification＂ design idea.
