摘  要:碳纤维复合材料因其质量轻、比强度和比刚度高等优点,越来越多地应用到航天器结构上。碳面板/铝蜂窝夹层结构板因刚度不足而难以在空间光学遥感器上广泛应用。通过优化设计,合理布局,研制出整体成型的碳纤维加强框架,提升普通蜂窝夹层结构底板的力学性能,研究证明,该相机底板能够大幅提高普通蜂窝夹层板的结构刚度和强度,可以作为空间光学遥感器的主承力底板,对类似结构的研制也具有一定的参考价值。Carbon fiber reinforced composites (CFRP) advantages such as light weight, high specific strength and space optical remote sensor because of the lack of rigidity have been widely used in spacecraft structures due to thei1 high specific stiffness. It is difficult to be widely used in of carbon/aluminum honeycomb sandwich panels. In this paper, the whole forming carbon fiber reinforced frame is developed through the optimization design and reasonable layout to improve the mechanical properties of the common aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure with carbon fiber panel. The research results show that the new baseplate of the camera can greatly improve the stiffness and strength of the common camera baseplate, and it has some reference value for the development of the remote sensing camera baseplate.
