摘  要:在20 kV闭环运行的配电网中,由于供电密度大、环网长度短且采用电缆供电,导致传统电流保护难以满足。针对上述特点,提出了一种20 kV配电网合环运行无通道保护新方法。该方法根据本端相电流的变化来判别对端断路器的动作状态,并通过加速保护的时间配置来确定故障区间,最终实现本端保护相继动作。通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真,验证了该方法的可靠性与速动性。In 20kV closed-loop distribution network, due to it has a great power supply density and short power cable line, leading to conventional current protection cannot meet the requirements of it. According to the char- acteristics of 20kV distribution network, we propose a new non-communication protection method. By comparing the local changing of the phase current value to judge status of the remote breaker and time configuration of the accelerated protection to confirm the fault zone, and then accelerated trip of the local breaker. And closed-loop distribution network occurs symmetrical fault can be chopped reliably. By PSCAD/EMTDC simulation shows non-communication protection method reliability and speed.
