品管圈在降低肿瘤患者围手术期静脉炎发生率中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析品管圈在降低肿瘤患者围手术期静脉炎发生率中的作用,从而降低静脉炎发生率。方法随机选取2012年5月—2015年12月医院收治的恶性肿瘤患者600例,随机分为观察组(n=300)与对照组(n=300)。对照组采用常规的护理方案,观察组则应用品管圈。对圈员进行测评,比较品管圈应用前后圈员测评评分,同时对比两组静脉炎发生率。结果观察组静脉炎4例,静脉炎发生率为1.33%。对照组静脉炎17例,静脉炎发生率为5.67%。观察组静脉炎明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,圈员品管圈应用评分为(81.42±3.23)分,团队精神为(84.23±3.52)分,专业技能为(80.23±3.81)分,沟通协调为(85.34±3.19)分。治疗后,圈员品管圈应用评分为(92.42±3.42)分,团队精神为(93.12±3.64)分,专业技能为(93.12±3.92)分,沟通协调为(97.34±3.31)分。品管圈应用后,观察组测评结果评分明显高于成立前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈能够有效的降低肿瘤患者围手术期静脉炎发生率,临床上值得推广。Objective Analysis QCC in reducing cancer patients perioperative incidence of phlebitis in the role, there- by reducing the incidence of phlebitis. Methods Randomly selected in May 2012 to December 2015 cancer patients admitted to hospital 600 eases were randomly divided into two groups （n=300） and control group （n=300）. The control group received routine care programs, the observation group is applied QCC. Members of the circle for evaluation, be- fore and after application of quality control circle ring member evaluation score, while two groups were compared the incidence of phlebitis. Results 4 cases of the observation group phlebitis, phlebitis rate was 1.33%. The control group 17 cases of phlebitis, phlebitis rate was 5.67%. Phlebitis observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the application of quality control circle ring members rated （81.42±3.23） points, the team was（84.23±3.52） points, professional skills （80.23±3.81） points, communi- cation and coordination of （85.34±3.19） points. After treatment, the application of quality control circle ring members rated （92.42±3.42） points, the team was （93.12±3.64） points, professional skills （93.12 ± 3.92） points, communication and coordination of （97.34±3.31） points. After the application of quality control circle, the observation group was signif- icantly higher than the previous survey results scores established, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion QCC can effectively reduce tumor perioperative incidence of phlebitis, worthy of clinical.
