摘 要:卧式伺服液压缸常用于水平或倾斜做工,在特定工况需要输出曲线力,旋转一定的角度,需要铰接安装。为了克服伺服液压缸由于自重所引起的密封圈磨损、拉缸、泄漏等缺陷,延长液压缸的使用寿命,提出一种伺服液压缸新型支撑结构即在大型卧式重载伺服液压缸缸底端部铰接一个支反力小液压缸及外接液压系统。对这种新型结构进行受力分析,推导出该结构的动力学模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink环境进行仿真,证明该方法的合理性和可行性,将现场采集到的实验数据与其理论值进行对比来证明该方法的实用性和正确性。这种新型支撑结构为大型重载伺服液压缸及液压系统设计提供了一定的参考价值和指导意义。Horizontal servo hydraulic cylinders are often used in horizontal or inclined workmanship. In some parti- cular cases, the hydraulic cylinder needs to output a curve force, or rotate at a certain angle, therefore it needs to be installed with hinging way. To overcome the servo hydraulic cylinder seals wear caused by its own weight, leak- age and other defects and reduce the frequency of replacing the seal ring and extend the service life, a new support- ing mechanism of servo hydraulic cyhnders,, a small hydraulic cylinder and an external hydraulic system hinged in the bottom of a large heavy-duty horizontal servo hydraulic cylinder, is proposed. By this new simplified structure and the stress analysis, a dynamics model is derived. The rationality and feasibility of the model is tested and veri- fied in the dynamic simulation environment in MATLAB/Simulink. Finally, the usefulness and validity of the meth- od is verified, compared the collected experimental data from some experimental stations with the theoretical val- ues. This result provides a certain reference value and guidance significance for the design of the hydraulic system and the large overloading hydraulic cylinder.
