摘  要:基于压入法将玻璃纤维网布嵌入到聚乙烯(PE)复合塑料建筑模板内,并对其力学性能进行研究。结果表明,静曲强度及弹性模量随着玻璃纤维网布尺寸增大而大幅降低,而剪切强度受玻璃纤维网布尺寸的影响较小,玻璃纤维网布的压入深度不大于PE复合塑料建筑模板厚度的1/3。通过压入玻璃纤维网布可大幅提升PE复合塑料建筑模板的力学性能。Based on the method of pressing, the glass fiber mesh was pressed into PE composite plastic building template, and its mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the rupture modulus and elastic modulus are greatly reduced with the increase of glass fiber mesh size, and glass fiber mesh size has little effect on shear strength. The press depth of the glass fiber mesh is no more than 1/3 of the thickness of composite plastic building template. The mechanical properties of the PE compound plastic building template are greatly improved by pressing glass filber mesh.
