摘  要:本文针对轧机行业用电负荷对电网电能质量的影响,提出了晶闸管投切开关在角外、滤波电抗器在角内的动态无功补偿及谐波治理方法,并结合现场运行情况给出了具体的实施方案,补偿后功率因数显著提高,电能质量明显改善。最后给出了补偿前后电流的运行数据对比,验证了本文方法的有效性。According to the impact on power quality of power grid by mill industry load, a scheme of dynamic reactive power compensation and harmonic elimination is proposed in this paper. The thyristor switching is designed in the outer of the delta-circuit and the filter reactor is designed in the inner of the delta-circuit. And the concrete implementation plan is presented combining with the operation condition, which result in the improving of power factor and power quality. Finally the comparison of current operation data with and without compensation is given, verifying the validity of the proposed scheme.
