摘　　要：目的:观察并分析CQI管理模式在改善外科留置管道患者并发症及护理质量中的效果。方法:选取2015年10月-2016年8月本院留置管道的140例外科患者为研究对象,根据随机分配法将其分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组进行常规留置管道护理,观察组则以CQI管理模式为指导进行干预。评估并比较两组并发症发生率、干预前后并发症防控认知度及护理质量。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组并发症防控认知度及护理质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CQI管理模式在改善外科留置管道患者并发症及护理质量中的效果较好,因此认为其适用于外科留置管道患者。Objective： To observe and analyze the effect of CQI management mode on improving the complications and nursing quality of surgical patients with indwelling catheter.Method： A total of 140 surgical patients with indwelling catheter in our hospital from October 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the method of random allocation, 70 cases in each group.The control group was taken with conventional nursing, the observation group was ken with the intervention guided by CQI management mode.Then the complication rates, awareness of prevention and control of complications and nursing quality of two groups before and after the intervention were respectively evaluated and compared.Result：The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.p5 ）, the awareness of prevention and control of complications and nursing quality of the observation group after the intervention were all higher than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The effect of CQI management mode in improving the complications and nursing quality of surgical patients with indwelling catheter is better, so the mode is more suitable for the surgical patients with indwelling catheter.
