中医临床护理路径在外感高热患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察应用中医临床护理路径对外感高热患者的疗效。方法选取本院急诊病区住院的外感高热患者60例,随机分为路径组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予外感高热常规护理,路径组在常规护理的基础上同时按外感高热中医临床护理路径进行护理,比较两组患者的护理费用、平均住院日以及患者对护理工作的满意度等3项指标。结果路径组患者的平均护理费用、平均住院日均明显低于对照组患者,患者及家属对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组。结论对外感高热住院患者应用中医临床护理路径具有显著的临床疗效,能使患者明显受益。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine clinical nursing pathway on patients with exogenous high fever. Methods ： 60 cases of exogenous high fever were randomly divided into the path group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing with exogenous hyper- thermia, and the path group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathway based on routine nurs- ing. The patients of two groups were compared with three indexes,such as the cost of nursing,the average length of stay and the patient＇s satisfaction with nursing work. Results： The average nursing cost and average daily stay of the patients in the path group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction de- gree of the patients and their family members was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion： The appli- cation of TCM nursing pathway in patients with exogenous high fever has a significant clinical effect,which can obviously benefit the patients.
