摘　　要：基于应用型本科院校计算机软件外包专业的人才培养目标,为契合"互联网+"时代的社会需求,针对传统培养模式中存在的问题,对软件外包专业培养模式进行了一系列的探究,分别从培养体系、教学手段、考核体系等方面优化专业理论和实践教学,为软件外包人才的培养提供借鉴参考。Based on the goal of the training of computer software outsourcing professionals, fitting in the social needs of the ＂Internet plus＂ era, this paper has carried on a series of research to the training mode of the software outsourcing professionals, having optimized the theory and the practice teaching from the aspects of the cultivation system, the teaching method and the examination system. This will provides the reference for the training of the software outsourcing talents.
